Veterinary Medicine: Provides that licensure is not required for persons whose practice is confined solely to specified treatments; revises grounds for disciplinary action; provides that certain practitioners of veterinary telemedicine are not required to obtain premises permit; requires practitioners of veterinary telemedicine to display license number. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
