Sexual Offenses Involving Postsecondary Students: Requires that law enforcement agencies report certain sexual offenses involving postsecondary students to designated official at postsecondary institution; requires specified postsecondary institutions to require that information on sexual assault be included in course syllabi. Effective Date: January 1, 2017
