Juvenile Detention Costs: Revises annual contributions by certain counties for costs of detention care for juveniles; revises methodology by which DJJ determines percentage share for each county; requires state to pay all costs of detention care for juveniles residing out of state & for certain postdisposition detention care; removes requirement that DOR & counties provide certain technical assistance to DJJ; revises applicability of specified provisions. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
