Involuntary Admission to Residential Services: Requires APD to employ or contract with qualified evaluator to conduct review of status of persons involuntarily admitted to residential services provided by APD; requires review of such placements by court at hearing; requires APD to provide copy of review & notice of hearing to specified persons; provides appropriation. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
