Instructional Materials for K-12 Public Education: Requires instructional materials to meet certain standards & each district school board to adopt process allowing taxpayer to object to use of specific instructional materials based on specified criteria; revises requirement that district school superintendent certify that all instructional materials for core courses meet certain standards. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
