SB 934 Alcoholic Beverage Permits (2016 Session)
Alcoholic Beverage Permits; Requiring local governmental entities to include revenues derived from the use of temporary alcoholic beverage permits in annual financial reports; authorizing the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to issue temporary permits to municipalities and counties to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises of an event; exempting railroad transit stations from provisions regulating the time during which alcoholic beverages may be sold, served, and consumed, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2016
