Allocation of Court Costs: Removes fixed allocations of proceeds of specified additional court cost & authorizes county commissioners to allocate such proceeds for specified purposes; provides county commissioners with discretion concerning allocation of additional court cost proceeds carried forward to next fiscal year. Effective Date: October 1, 2016
