Public Records/Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Criminal or Civil Intelligence or Investigative Information; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for criminal or civil intelligence or investigative information or any other information held by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as part of an examination or investigation with another state or federal regulatory, administrative, or criminal justice agency; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc. Effective Date: Upon becoming a law if SB 772 or similar legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
