Building Codes; Revising the certification examination requirements for building code inspectors, plans examiners, and building code administrators; adding swimming pool alarms as a safety feature that satisfies requirements for final inspection and issuance of a certificate of completion; creating the Calder Sloan Swimming Pool Electrical-Safety Task Force within the Florida Building Commission, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2016
