Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services: Revises licensing requirements for funeral, cemetery & consumer services; revises actions subject to disciplinary action; requires Division of Funeral, Cemetery, & Consumer Services to authorize specified rules for preneed contracts; revises requirements related to care & maintenance trust funds & unitrust distribution method; revises requirements & restrictions related to preneed contract. Effective Date: July 1, 2016
