Summary
Utility Advanced Cost Recovery: Provides for expiration of advanced cost recovery for nuclear & integrated gasification combined cycle power plants; requires certain funds to be returned to ratepayers; prohibits utilities from imposing charges to offset loss of utility revenues as result of refunding moneys from collection of advanced cost recovery fees; provides for future repeal. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
