Health Care Services: Requiring a specified health insurance plan to provide specified coverage for treatment of Down syndrome; requiring a health insurer or a pharmacy benefits manager to only use a certain form; requiring hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, specialty hospitals, and urgent care centers to comply with certain provisions as a condition of licensure; providing requirements for settlement offers between certain providers and health plans in a specified dispute resolution program, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2016
