Seclusion and Restraint of Students with Disabilities in Public Schools: Provides requirements for use of manual physical restraint; prohibits use of manual physical restraint by school personnel who are not certified in specific techniques; prohibits school personnel from placing student in seclusion; requires parents to be notified of school district's manual physical restraint policies. Effective Date: July 1, 2016
