HB 107 Physical Therapy (2016 Session)
Physical Therapy: Revises definition of term "practice of physical therapy"; provides that licensed physical therapist who holds specified doctoral degree may use specified letters in connection with her or his name or place of business; prohibits physical therapist with specified doctoral degree from using title "doctor" without informing public of his or her profession as physical therapist; revises terms prohibited from being used by certain unlicensed persons; provides criminal penalty; prohibits unlicensed person from using specified letters. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
