Summary
Public Records and Public Meetings/Public-private Partnerships; Transferring, renumbering, and amending provisions relating to public-private partnerships for public facilities and infrastructure; providing an exemption from public records requirements for a specified period for unsolicited proposals received by a responsible public entity; providing an exemption from public records requirements for a specified period for the recording of, and any records generated during, a closed meeting; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemptions; providing a statement of public necessity, etc. Effective Date: On the same date that SB 124 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
