Direct Primary Care: Specifies that direct primary care agreement does not constitute insurance & is not subject to Florida Insurance Code, including ch. 636, F.S.; specifies that entering into such agreement does not constitute business of insurance & is not subject to the code; provides that certificate of authority is not required to market, sell, or offer to sell such agreement; specifies criteria for such agreement; provides for construction. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
