Summary
Community-Based Care Lead Agencies: Provides additional eligibility requirements for child to remain in licensed care; provides additional grounds for termination of eligibility for young adult in extended foster care; provides additional factors for court consideration in reviewing young adult's status in care; provides for portability of services; provides additional criteria for determination of eligibility & priority for receipt of waiver services; revises Road-to-Independence Program; revises eligibility requirements for postsecondary education services & support, financial assistance, & aftercare services. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
