Rec./Law Enforcement & Specified Government Attorneys: Provides exemption from public records requirements for certain identifying information related to active or former sworn or civilian law enforcement personnel & other specified agency personnel & current or former state attorneys, assistant state attorneys, statewide prosecutors, assistant statewide prosecutors, public defenders, assistant public defenders, criminal conflict & civil regional counsel, & assistant criminal conflict & civil regional counsel, & their parents, siblings, or cohabitants; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statement of public necessity. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
