Ad Valorem Taxes and Non-ad Valorem Assessments Against Subdivision Property; Providing for the assessment of ad valorem taxes and non-ad valorem assessments against certain common elements of a subdivision; prohibiting such common elements from being prorated by the property appraiser and included in the assessment of the lots within the subdivision, etc. Effective Date: 1/1/2016
