Summary
Dietetics and Nutrition: Authorizes certain certified individuals to use specified titles & designations; requires Board of Medicine to waive examination requirement for specified applicants; provides that licensed dietitian/nutritionist treating patient who is under active care of licensed physician/licensed chiropractor is not precluded from ordering therapeutic diet. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
