SB 1164 Expunction of Criminal History Records (2015 Session)
Expunction of Criminal History Records; Providing that an individual who has been adjudicated guilty of driving under the influence but who otherwise meets the requirements for expunction of criminal history records may petition to expunge a criminal history record for a subsequent offense unless expunction is specifically prohibited for such violations, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2015
