Summary
Continuing Care Communities; Revising authority of the Office of Insurance Regulation to waive requirements for accredited facilities; requiring an agent of a provider to provide a copy of an examination report and corrective action plan under certain conditions; requiring a residents’ council to provide a forum for certain purposes; requiring a residents’ council to adopt its own bylaws and governance documents; revising provisions relating to quarterly meetings between residents and the governing body of the provider, etc. Effective Date: 10/1/2015
