Art Therapy: Prohibits use of title "art therapist" except by certain persons; provides penalty; creates Board of Professional Art Therapists; provides requirements, with exception, for licensure as art therapist; providing requirements for practice as registered art therapy intern; requires board to establish certain fees; provides grounds for disciplinary action. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
