Summary
Specialty License Plates; Directing the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop a Florida Professional Sports Team license plate for Major League Soccer teams domiciled in this state; requiring any Florida Professional Sports Team license plate created or established after a certain date to comply with specified requirements and be specifically authorized by an act of the Legislature; providing that certain funds be used to distribute licensing and royalty fees to participating professional sports leagues, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2015
