Ticket Sales; Revising certain presale disclosure requirements; revising provisions relating to prohibitions on bypassing portions of the ticket-buying process, disguising the identity of a buyer, or circumventing security measures; requiring specified disclosures before resale of a ticket; prohibiting misrepresentations of affiliation or endorsement by resellers without consent; providing criminal penalties for certain violations, etc. Effective Date: 10/1/2015
