Summary
Guardians; Citing this act as "The Regis Little Act to Protect Children with Special Needs"; requiring the court at the permanency review hearing to review the necessity of continuing guardianship and whether restoration of guardianship proceedings are needed when a young adult reaches a certain age under certain circumstances; requiring that, for a child meeting certain requirements, the updated case plan be developed in a face-to-face conference with specified persons, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2015
