Summary
Repeal of Advanced Nuclear Cost Recovery: Repeals provisions relating to cost recovery mechanisms for siting, design, licensing, & construction of nuclear & integrated gasification combined cycle power plants; deletes provisions limiting challenges to utility's right to recover costs incurred prior to commercial operation of certain plants; prohibits utilities from continuing to collect advanced costs for certain plants after specified date. Effective Date: September 1, 2015
