Summary
Estates: Revises contents of notice of administration; prohibits extensions of time for notices of administration; provides an exception; provides timeframes for certain objections; requires will to be attached to formal notice of petition for administration; revises provisions concerning personal representatives; provides for removal of unqualified personal representatives; revises provisions for allocation of estate tax; revises provisions addressing attorney's fees in probate & trust proceedings; grants discretion to court to assess fees against share of one or more persons; provides retroactive applicability. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
