Summary
Racing Animals; Citing this act as the "Greyhound Safety Act"; prohibiting the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation from granting a license or permit to applicants with a prior conviction of animal cruelty; requiring the division to immediately revoke a license or permit of a person found guilty of animal cruelty subsequent to obtaining the license or permit; establishing a fine for making false statements on injury records, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2015
