Summary
Public Records/Contractors: Requires certain public agency contracts for services to include contact information of custodian of public records; revises provision in such contracts regarding contractor's compliance with public records laws; requires records request relating to such contracts be made to agency; requires contractor to produce requested records; specifies penalties & attorney fee awards for reasonable costs of enforcement. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
