Public Officers and Employees: Authorizes electors of political subdivision to impose additional or more stringent standards of conduct & disclosure requirements upon political subdivision’s officers & employees; provides that respondent is entitled to public hearing upon finding of probable cause of violation of local ethics ordinance; requires local ethics ordinance to establish certain procedures. Effective Date: October 1, 2014
