Commercial Breeding and Selling of Animals: Requires commercial breeders & dealers to comply with certain federal animal welfare standards & rules adopted by DBPR; requires commercial breeders & dealers to register with DBPR; provides registration & fee requirements; provides for inspection of certain facilities; provides penalties; authorizes DBPR to adopt rules; requires retail pet stores to provide certain information to DBPR; provides applicability. Effective Date: July 1, 2014
