Summary
Florida Homestead Recovery Act; Creating the “Florida Homestead Recovery Act”; requiring a seller of residential real property who receives offers from homestead buyers and secondary buyers to accept a homestead buyer’s offer if it is equal to or greater than a secondary buyer’s offer, if the seller accepts an offer; providing civil remedies to homestead buyers for violations of the act, etc. Effective Date: 6/1/2014
