Public Records/Human Trafficking Victims; Revising an exemption from public records requirements for certain criminal intelligence and investigative information to exempt information that reveals the identity of a victim of certain human trafficking offenses; providing an exemption from public records requirements for investigative information relating to criminal history records of human trafficking victims that have been ordered expunged; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc. . Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1440 or similar legislation relating to human trafficking takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
