Municipal Power Regulation; Amending the definition of “public utility” to include municipalities that receive or purchase power from an entity created under the Florida Interlocal Cooperation Act of 1969; amending the definition of “electric utility” to exempt municipalities that do not purchase or receive power from an entity created under the Florida Interlocal Cooperation Act of 1969, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2014
