Department of Economic Opportunity; Providing requirements for loan programs relating to accountability and proper stewardship of funds; requiring Space Florida to consult with the Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation, rather than with Enterprise Florida, Inc., in developing a space tourism marketing plan; deleting the requirement that an unemployed individual take an initial skill review before he or she is eligible to receive reemployment assistance benefits, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2014
