Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; Directs Florida Board of Professional Surveyors & Mappers to adopt rules establishing specified standards of practice; revises provisions relating to fingerprint records for private investigative, security, & repossession service licenses; renewal of certain firearm licenses; carrying of specified handguns & concealed firearms; consumer claims against certain bonds posted by health studios, commercial telephone sellers, pawnbrokers, sellers of travel; telephone solicitation; issuance & renewal of permits; administrative fines & civil penalties for pawnbrokers; issuance & renewal of permits; & service & notice for administrative complaints; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $35,745.00 Effective Date: July 1, 2014
