Utility Projects; Citing this act as the "Utility Cost Containment Bond Act"; authorizing certain local government entities to finance the cost of a utility project by issuing utility cost containment bonds upon application by a local agency; authorizing an authority to issue utility cost containment bonds for specified purposes related to utility projects; requiring the governing body of the authority to adopt a financing resolution and impose a utility project charge on customers of a publicly owned utility as a condition of utility project financing, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2014
