Discretionary Sales Surtaxes; Revising the uses of the proceeds of the local government infrastructure surtax to include the maintenance of transportation infrastructure; authorizing a county to levy a homeless services and facilities surtax; defining “homeless services” and “homeless facilities”; requiring an ordinance, referendum, and voter approval, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2014
