Transactions in Fresh Produce Markets; Authorizing certain owners or operators of farmers’ markets, community farmers’ markets, flea markets, and other open-air markets selling fresh produce to allow certain authorized Food and Nutrition Service groups, associations, or third-party organizations to implement and operate electronic benefits transfer systems for the purpose of accepting SNAP benefits in such markets, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2014
