Malt Beverages; Providing for container sizes; providing for filling containers at the point of sale by a manufacturer or vendor; prohibiting filling containers at the point of sale with alcoholic beverages purchased from a distributor; authorizing malt beverage tastings upon certain licensed premises; removing the prohibition on beer samplings at the premises of certain vendors, etc. Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
