State University Fee Exemptions; Citing this act as the "Student Global Economic Education Act"; providing an exemption from the payment of tuition for students enrolled in specified foreign language courses offered at a state university under certain circumstances; providing for future expiration unless reviewed and reenacted by the Legislature, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2014
