HB 249 Corporate Income Tax (2014 Session)
Corporate Income Tax: Establishes corporate income tax credit for hiring of veterans; provides eligibility requirements; establishes additional corporate income tax credit for hiring of disabled veterans; provides eligibility requirements; authorizes DOR to adopt rules; authorizes DOR to determine guidelines for qualification of tax credits; provides for expiration of tax credits; revises order in which credits against corporate income tax or franchise tax may be taken to include hiring of veterans; redefines term "adjusted federal income" to include certain tax credits taken relating to hiring of veterans; authorizes executive director of DOR to adopt emergency rules; provides for time of effect of emergency rules & for expiration of such rule authority.Effective Date: July 1, 2014
