Summary
Motorsports Entertainment Complexes; Providing for a monthly distribution of a specified amount of sales tax revenue to a complex certified as a motorsports entertainment complex by the Department of Economic Opportunity; specifying that the department may certify only one motorsports entertainment complex; authorizing the Auditor General to verify the expenditure of specified distributions and to notify the Department of Revenue of improperly expended funds so that it may pursue recovery, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2014
