Traffic Infraction Detectors; Repealing provisions relating to the installation and use of traffic infraction detectors to enforce specified provisions when a driver fails to stop at a traffic signal; amending provisions relating to distribution of proceeds, enforcement by traffic infraction enforcement officers using such detectors, procedures for disposition of citations, compliance, registration and renewal of license plates, and penalties, etc. Effective Date: Upon becoming a law.
