SB 130 Use of Deadly Force (2014 Session)
Use of Deadly Force; (THIS BILL COMBINES S130 & S122) Requiring the county sheriff or municipal police department to issue reasonable guidelines for the operation of neighborhood crime watch programs; providing that a person who is justified in using force is immune from criminal prosecution and civil action initiated by the person against whom the force was used; providing that provocation justifying the use of defensive force must include the use of force or the threat of the use of force, etc. Effective Date: 10/1/2014
