Summary
Professional Sports Franchise Facilities; Authorizing an applicant previously certified as a facility for a new or retained professional sports franchise to receive an additional certification under certain circumstances, and to receive an additional monthly distribution of a specified amount of sales tax revenues to improve the condition of the facility to meet or exceed certain facility standards; requiring the Department of Economic Opportunity to notify the Department of Revenue of applicants that receive an additional certification, etc. Effective Date: Upon becoming a law.
