Summary
Tax-exempt Income; Revising the amount of income that is exempt from the corporate income tax; revising the amount of income that is exempt from the franchise tax imposed on banks and savings associations, etc. Effective Date: January 1, 2014, and applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2014.
