Alcoholic Beverages: Revises provisions with respect to licensure & operation of distilleries; provides requirements for craft distilleries; provides for sale of distilled spirits by licensed distilleries under certain conditions; provides reporting requirements; prohibits shipment of certain distilled spirits; prohibits transfer of distillery license under certain conditions; prohibits craft distillery from having its ownership affiliated with another distillery under certain conditions; provides requirements relating to payment of taxes; provides for applicability; provides rulemaking authority; provides that county commission may order election on sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises under certain conditions. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
