Conservation of Wildlife: Authorizes certain zoos & aquariums to apply to Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund or governing board of water management district to use state lands or water management district lands for specified purposes; provides application requirements; provides criteria for approval of such uses; requires FWCC to provide technical assistance in reviewing such applications. Effective Date: July 1, 2012
